Indeed, that's how masquerading works.  The pptp_masq module gets in on
the act somehow to perform some hackery so that NATing the PPTP actually
works.

So your P75 is possibly not the problem.  You could prove this by trying
to simultaneously connect via PPTP from two different locations on the
internet (e.g. one from office with the Linux g/w and masquerading behind
the single IP address you refer to above and one from a completely
different address).  AFAIK, that _should_ work.

Thinking laterally, if you have a Linux box on each side there are some
other options available, some of which don't involve running pptp on
individual users' machines:

1) Use the Linux pptp client at the remote office and build a LAN-LAN
tunnel.

2) Ditch PPTP altogether (IMHO: its main strength is MS-compatibility ;-)
and use something like vpnd to build a LAN-LAN tunnel.

3) Use the likes of vpnd for remote offices and keep PPTP for
road-warriors etc.
