[pptp-server] CHAP authentication failed, what now?

Can we see the pppd log messages that are generated with ppp debug turned
on (i.e. either add debug to your global ppp options or add it onto your
command line)?  Hopefully that will give us a hint as to *why* the CHAP is
failing (or at least what's happening in the leadup to the failure)...

BTW, what's the pptp server you're calling (NT, PoPToP,...)?
