I'm currently working on a PPTP bridge over an internet connection with
2.5sec of ping and 10-15% of packet loss.
The parameters are correct, since I've tried that type of connection before
on a better internet connection and it worked, but now the PoPToP 1.0.0
server reports:
===

I've set up the client to retry for an hour and for an hour I've got the
same log lines.
My options file is:
===
nodefaultroute
usehostname
noproxyarp
+chapms
mppe-40
auth
lock
===
Any idea?
What to do?
What is the reason of the timeout? The CHAPMS handshaking or the MPPE-40
protocol?
Bye.
