[pptp-server] MPPE Encryption Not Working...

Sorry,  I hit send a little prematurely there.  Here is my current setup:

linux-2.2.16
ppp-2.3.11
    w/ ppp-2.3.11-openssl-0.9.5-mppe.patch
pptpd-1.0.0

All set up as per Vanja Hrustic's 2.2.16 + mppe patch + ppp-2.3.11 HOWTO
(working one this time)
