[pptp-server] Trouble recompiling my Kernel

I'm trying to configure PoPToP
but when I try to MAKE CONFIG
my RedHat Linux 6.0 comes back with:

scripts/Configure: No Such File or Directory......

could anyone tell me where to get these files?
