I fixed it. Was my own STUPIDITY!!! Had these lines also running. $IPMASQADM autofw -A -v -r tcp 1000 3000 -c tcp 1000 -u $IPMASQADM autofw -A -v -r udp 1000 3000 -c udp 1000 -u DUH!!! Forwarding/masqing 1000-3000 includes 1723. DUH!!!!! Sorry guys. Great product other than that..
