[pptp-server] PoPToP v1.0.1 and PoPToP v1.1.2

You downloaded it with Netscape, right?

Netscape sometimes gunzips downloads without telling you -- resulting
in, at minimum, the first of those behaviours. Annoying, no?

Consider using wget or lftp.
