[pptp-server] PPTP VPN

Just a quick note before I get started - This is the first VPN I've ever set
up. I'm not entirely sure what all I'm doing here, so if I'm making some big
mistakes or incorrect assumptions, bear with me here.

I run a network composed primarily of windows and linux boxes. This VPN
server was established mainly because people wanted to be able to view
windows shares from home. 

I have the VPN working correctly as far as I can tell - external clients are
able to connect to boxes inside the lan using their 192.168.0.* ips.
However, when a user goes to browse network neighborhood, no computers show
up. I set up a WINS server, and i can actually browse \\computername, but
I'm at a loss as to why they aren't showing up in the clients network
neighborhood. Setting up shortcuts in C:\Windows\NetHood isn't really an
option, as there are 40 laptops I would have to do that on.
