[pptp-server] Win95 Client not connecting to NT4 VPN Server behind RH6.2 Firewall

I am in the UK and only have 40bit encryption as standard. ( As far as I
know anyway )

I have just applied this patch and it makes no difference. ( It was
worth a try - thanks )
