[pptp-server] proxyarp and network neighbour hood

hi,
when i say proxyarp in /etc/ppp/options,
i am able to get the network through eth0
but, i want to do the same through eth1.
how can i do it?
second, my windows 98 client is not able to show up any body on the
otherside lan in its network neighbour hood.
of course! i am not running samba on my pptp server.
attached are the configuration files .
any ideas?
