[pptp-server] MPPE for Linux kernel 2.4.x and pppd-2.4.0

Hi,

Oddly enough, there is none. The patch did not fail, however the patch
also comments out the makefile option for "make kernel" which I found kind
of strange. How did you get a ppp_mppe module?

modprobe ppp_mppe
modprobe: Can't locate module ppp_mppe
