[pptp-server] MPPE for Linux kernel 2.4.x and pppd-2.4.0

someone correct me if i am wrong, but the ppp_mppe module
is created when you do a:

make modules ; make modules_install

after re-compiling the kernel.

this isn't based on 2.4.x experience however - it's on the
previous 2.2.x which i've been running
