[pptp-server] Netmask woes... Could this be the little bugger?

Ah-ha!

Looking through my /var/log/samba/smb.log file I see there are several 
repeating messages regarding not being able to pass an IP packet to port 137 
on my dial-up interface 192.168.0.216.

Does anyone know if this would this have to do with my ipchains rules or 
possibly my bindings in /etc/smb.conf?  (See previous post.)
