[pptp-server] call to arms: please clean up pptp docs (clarification)

Whoops; I was a bit vague on one point there. I said "delete _all_ the
obsolete documentation on PPTP for Linux". I should have defined my meaning
for "obsolete".
I didn't mean that any version is obsolete which is not considered current
maintstream technology. On the contrary, there may be people running kernel
1.2 or 2.0 or some local hybrid :) I meant, that the docs should be cleaned
up and consolidated into one hierarchy with several branches, but that they
shouldn't be redundant, erroneous, difficult to read, or having typos. It
should be relevant to the software and to the user at any point in time. It
should basically be in the format of the LDP, perhaps even with mini-HOWTOs or
several sundry chapters. The discarded matter would then be obsolete.

I feel like I'm almost done with my initial PPTP setup, and then I'll help do
all these things. Sorry for the intensity :)
