[pptp-server] keep alive

Install ethereal on your gateway, and just scan them.  BTW, I have a
customer on an adsl line, it drops compleatly off the face of the earth
every few minutes for a few seconds, then comes back on line.  That
reminds me, his isp is changing his ip latter this week.
