[pptp-server] error message appearing on screen which preferred to log or /dev/ null.

It is possible to edit the pptpd source code and remove the syslog call
that writes that message... btw, that is caused by a packet being lost in
transit.... a lost packet forces stateless encryption to be renegotiated.
