[pptp-server] IPX over PPTP

Hi,

I have a working IPX rip/sap setup using pptp. I need to check what
software I'm running before giving you more details, if you still need 
help.

I've only used this setup in a few places, but it seems to work ok.
IPX over T1 links with PPTP were a little slower than expected, but not
much.
