[pptp-server] Announce: wmpptp daemon

Hi all,

I announce an open-source implementation of PPTP server for Linux.
The wmpptpd ( http://project.terminus.sk/wmpptpd/ ) is meant as
a supplement to existing PPTP server (and client), as this one
talks with Compaq Microcom 4000, handles multiple connections and
clients and was NOT tested on Windows (althrough it might work
with win).
