If you can read like most people the very bottom line says "To unsubscribe,
go to the url just above this line." and if you go there to that web page..
it also says at the bottom 

"To change your subscription (set options like digest and delivery modes,
get a reminder of your password, or ********unsubscribe******** from
pptp-server), enter your subscription email address"


If you have problems unsubscribing, then says so and not just "help me"
