[pptp-server] Updated documentation/FAQ's?

Well, I think the issue is with the MPPE module.  If I force the clients to
go without encryption (connect without MPPE support) and the server has MPPE
options commented-out and ppp_mppe.o module unloaded, multiple simultaneous
clients work flawlessly.
