Nice picture.

This is an isolated network?  No external internet connection?  It
matters a bit.

What are the IP addresses of the VPN interfaces?

Both the VPN server and the VPN client need to forward IP.

They also have to have a route to the other network via the VPN
interface.  Normally they have just a route to the peer address.

Each of the machines on each network must have a route to the other
network which points at the IP address of their VPN client or server.

10.x.x.x is much easier to remember than 192.168.x.x.  ;-)
