[pptp-server] Need a fixed ip for a windows client.

In your /etc/pptpd.conf you specified the range of ip's for the clients.
In your chap-secrets file you use:
username	server	password	ip

so do this:

<some_username>	*	<some_password>	<fixed_ip>
