4.3 How can I use /etc/smbpasswd for chap authentication?

	There is a patch available for this which was posted to
	the pptp-server mailing list a while back:

	http://lists.schulte.org/pipermail/pptp-server/2000-April/002190.html

	Apply this patch to the pppd program, rebuild, and then put
	&/etc/smbpasswd in the chap-secrets file where you would normally
	put the plain text password string.
