[pptp-server] ppp_mppe.o troubles

Ed,

I had this problem.  It seemed to get solved when from the command line I
ran:

modprobe slhc
modprobe ppp
modprobe ppp_mppe

So I put that in an /etc/rc.d/init.d/ file.  Kludge I know but it worked.
