[pptp-server] Browsing the network, Logging on to NT domain.

since the poptop server is running samba and knows about both networks,
turn on samba's wins support and it should work.  It may take a while for
browse lists to propagate, though, so Be Patient.  Try writing a web
browser or something while you're waiting for it to upgrade.
