[pptp-server] Wins Server With Multiple Workgroups

The thing is, that he is connecting over a VPN, so he can only talk to the
wins server, and the wins server, is, normally, the master browser for
it's workgroup, unless it was taken down, and a pdc was brought up at the
same time, or you have a misconfigured samba install somewhere.

Thus, he is only going to be able to see one workgroup, the workgroup
he/the client computer belogs to.
