[pptp-server] PPTPD Problems

I think he just didn't write what he meant.  He likely means that the IP
address should be set to be in the same subnet as the RAS....  OTHO if the
service provider is doing his job and he has not paid for a static IP
address, he should be setup as a DHCP client.
