We grab ppp and the mppe patches from somewhere else, maintaining the
source as a vendor branch in our CVS repository, and we produced
ppp-mppe RPMs.  Now that we are aware of the work that has gone into
http://mirror.binarix.com/ppp-mppe/ it makes more sense to use that
instead.  Both projects need MPPE.
