[pptp-server] poptop1.1.3 in Freebsd 4.3, there are some serrors

When I'm use win2k connect to the vpn server, it said error 619.  In freebsd server, I found the error messages:

/var/log/messages:

but the same configure in Freebsd 4.6 is fine, no error.
who can give me some tips about this error?
